A website accessibility audit you can actually read.

We test your site the way people with disabilities actually use it, with a keyboard, a screen reader, a phone, and 200% zoom, then tell you in plain English what's broken, who it affects, and what it takes to fix.

The short answer

An accessibility audit checks your website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard courts and the Department of Justice point to for ADA website cases, and gives you a prioritized list of what to fix.

What we test

  • Every key page at desktop, phone, and 320-pixel widths
  • Automated engines (axe-core and HTML_CodeSniffer) to catch the measurable failures
  • A full keyboard walk-through: can you reach and use every link, menu, form, and pop-up without a mouse?
  • Screen-reader checks: page titles, headings, image descriptions, link and button names, form labels
  • Colour contrast measured on the rendered page, not guessed from the code
  • Pop-ups, cookie banners, menus, maps, booking and ordering widgets in the states visitors actually see them
  • Zoom to 200%, text-spacing overrides, and reduced-motion settings

What you get

  • A findings report ranked Critical, Serious, Moderate, and Minor, with who each problem affects and why it fails
  • A 50-criterion WCAG 2.1 A/AA checklist marked pass, fail, or not applicable, with evidence
  • Screenshots of every finding, dated, so there's a clear 'before'
  • A fix plan split into what we can do in code and what your team can do in the site editor
  • A walkthrough call where we go through it together and answer every question

What an audit isn't

It isn't a certificate. There is no official ADA certification for websites, and anyone selling one is selling paper. An audit is an honest picture of where your site stands against WCAG 2.1 AA on the day we test it, and the roadmap to close the gap.

It also isn't a scan you could run yourself for free. Automated tools only catch some real accessibility problems; industry studies put it somewhere between a third and a half. The rest only show up when a person tries to use the site.

Clients

From the owners we work with.

“Albert didn't just hand us a report. The fixes went right into our Squarespace site, we saw every before and after, and we got documentation we could hand to anyone who asked. When questions came up afterward, Albert was on the call with us. Albert is the first person I call about anything on the website now.”

Questions

Common questions.

  • For most small-business sites, typically about a week from kickoff to the walkthrough call. Larger sites with ordering, booking, or account areas take longer, and we'll tell you up front.

Find out where your site stands.

Send us your website and we'll personally check your home page and one key page (menu, booking, or contact) with the same keyboard, screen-reader, and contrast tests we use in a full audit. You'll get a short, plain-English summary of what we found.

  • · Checked by a person, not an automated report
  • · No obligation and no sales sequence
  • · Works for Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and custom sites

Fields marked * are required.
